“It took no time at all from the initial getting the paper work done to jumping on and heading off. Friendly staff all happy to help and set your bike up , it gets really busy at peak times and it can take a while getting through the hoards of people walking by the river ....
Be aware it's steep climb to get to the top road towards Richmond park.”

I believe he hired someone previously who was not, hence some negative reviews, but he no longer works there. The owner is there now and fantastic. The bikes are great value - decent mountain bikes - which is perfect for the many rides around Richmond. And I think they have lockers you can leave things in while you’re out on a ride.”
